Too many young people feel like they have to leave Washington County to find opportunity. I want to change that by supporting job growth, workforce training, and local industries so the next generation can build their future right here at home.

Rural communities like ours deserve the same opportunities as anywhere else. I will fight for smart investment, economic development, and policies that strengthen small towns while preserving what makes Southwest Virginia special.

I support bringing Washington County’s high schools together into one modern, unified campus that better serves our students. Consolidation can expand academic programs, improve resources, and create stronger opportunities for the next generation. I will work to ensure this is done responsibly, with full transparency and community input.

Our first responders put their lives on the line every day. I’m committed to making sure they have the funding, equipment, and support they need to keep our communities safe.

Strong infrastructure is the foundation of a strong community. I will prioritize investments in roads, utilities, and public services to support growth and improve quality of life across the Tyler District.

Reliable internet is not longer a luxury, it is essential. I will work to expand broadband access so every family, student, and business in Washington County can stay connected and competitive.
